It answers your shop’s calls in your own voice, books the slot, fills cancellations from the waitlist, and asks clients for Google reviews. Your shop’s name comes first everywhere — bookings are “Booked by PHINE.”
Every shop starts with a 14-day trial, $20 credit, no card. No card is taken at sign-up, and PHINE. never charges a card you did not give us.
After the trial, PHINE. is $19.99 per seat per month, plus taxes and fees. Each seat includes 180 minutes; minutes over that are $0.12 per minute. The booking app is included in the seat.
Shop bundles: 3 seats $49.99/month, 5 seats $79.99/month, extra seats $19.99 each, plus taxes and fees.
Billing is landing soon. Stripe billing is not live yet — it is a hook only, with no charging. You will not be charged until billing is live and you give us a payment method. We will not invent a charge, and we will never charge a card you did not give us.
PHINE. answers calls, books appointments, manages the waitlist, and prompts for Google reviews. It books only inside the guardrails you set: it never books a conflict, never books outside your window, and never books without your confirmation for that exact time and service.
Auto-book is the default when a slot is free and the service, price, and duration match inside your guardrails. Approve-first is available as an opt-out.
Your shop uses its own number — including a landline — with conditional forwarding. You never port your number, and PHINE. never gives you a new primary number.
PHINE. answers in your own voice, cloned from a short sample you record (about 30 seconds). The clone is used only to answer your shop’s calls — never for another shop, and never for anything else.
Your voice sample is kept for 24 hours, then deleted, unless you opt in to keep it. You can ask for your voice clone to be deleted at any time, and it will be deleted when you stop using PHINE.
You set the guardrails: hours, services, prices, durations, buffers, who can book, and whether bookings need your approval first. PHINE. works inside them. If a preferred time is not free, PHINE. tries an earlier slot the same day, then the next available time after it — and if neither works inside your window, it comes back to you with options instead of booking a bad time.
Your clients book with name and phone number only — no account, no password, no app to install. After booking they also get a 6-character code as a backup, so they can find the booking later with their name and phone, or with the code.
PHINE. never sends a review request on its own. After a confirmed appointment ends, it prompts you with a copyable ask — you choose whether to send it. No fake or incentivized reviews.
PHINE. is a live product still being built out. Features, prices, and these terms may change, and we will say so plainly when they do. If PHINE. pauses — for example at the end of a trial — confirmed bookings are never cancelled by the pause.
You can stop using PHINE. at any time. Confirmed bookings stay visible to you so you can honour or cancel them. You can ask for your shop’s data and your voice clone to be deleted — see the Privacy Policy for how.
