1. Who we are

PHINE. is a product of Shifter LLC, Buffalo, New York. PHINE. is an AI voice agent and booking app for barbers, tattoo artists, and other service pros. This policy covers the PHINE. website at phine.space, the booking app, and the voice agent that answers your shop’s calls.

2. What we collect

• From the shop owner: your name, your mobile number, your shop’s name, address, services, prices, and durations, and your payment link or handle if you add one.
• From your clients, when they book: their first name and phone number, the service booked, the time and chair, and whether they are paying in store or prepaying.
• From calls: a voice sample when you record one, your voice clone, and a text summary (brief) of what the caller asked for — so you can see what happened without listening to the whole call.
• From the subscribe form: your email address, only if you give it to us for updates and special offers.

Guest booking needs name and phone number only — no account, no password, no app to install.

3. Why we collect it

Only to do the job you hired PHINE. for: answer your shop’s calls in your voice, book the slot, fill cancellations from the waitlist, and give you a short brief of what happened. Your email is used only for the updates and offers you asked for.

4. What we never collect, sell, or share

• We do not sell your data or your clients’ data.
• We do not share data between shops. One barber cannot see another barber’s clients, bookings, or payment link, and your clients’ details are never shown on a public page. The shop calendar shows a first name only.
• We do not send messages on your behalf without confirmation. Review requests are prompted to you first; you choose whether to send them.
• Phone numbers are tokenized — stored as a token, not kept as plain text where the system does not need the raw number — and never shown on public pages.

5. Your voice

Your voice sample is kept for 24 hours, then deleted, unless you opt in to keep it. Your voice clone is used only to answer your shop’s calls — never for another shop, and never for anything else. You can ask for your voice clone to be deleted at any time, and it is deleted when you stop using PHINE.

6. How long we keep things

Bookings and briefs are kept while your account is active, so you can see your book and your history. Voice samples are kept 24 hours unless you opt in, as above. When you stop using PHINE., or when you ask us to delete your data, we delete your shop’s data and your voice clone. Confirmed bookings are never cancelled by a pause or by the end of a trial.

7. Cookies and tracking

The PHINE. site pages contain no third-party analytics or tracking scripts — checked in the site code on 2026-11-07. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may keep standard server logs of web requests, as any web host does.

Your browser stores a few local settings only: your magazine/catalog view preference, and a confirmation that you subscribed. Nothing is sent to us from those.

8. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from updates at any time — every email we send will carry an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us directly.
• Ask for a copy or a deletion of your data — your bookings, your briefs, your voice clone, your shop profile. Contact us through phine.space or the trial setup at phine.space/pilot-setup/ and tell us what you want removed.
• Change your guardrails at any time — hours, services, prices, and whether bookings need your approval first.

9. Children

PHINE. is a business tool for shops. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The draft notice at the top will be removed only after an attorney reviews the policy.
